HUNTING
Combination of matte-painting, photography and 3D CGI. We created the background first, then the CGI diamond ring and combined it with the photo of fishing hook. Next we shot the mermaid body, combined it with several other photos, created underwater hair and mermaids fish tail. Finally we added effects such as bubbles, light diffractions and glows, water deformations and color grading.
